Excellent company. Had solar install (12 x Q Cells 375w, LUX 3600 Hybrid Inverter, 7.5kWh Pylontech battery) done by them. I got dozens of different quotes before choosing this company. There was no hard sell, happy to answer all our questions, didn’t recommend unnecessary panels or components and fair price. Communication and workmanship was excellent. Keep us updated at all times when there was issues with delivery etc. Swapped panels for a better version at no cost when there was an issue during install due to panel size.

Ask renewable solutions completed the installation of Solar Panels for us. After an initial request, a fully detailed quote was provided with a very good price which we accepted. We had previously researched companies and this company had good reviews and all the required certificates eg MCS. Adam gave us a date for the installation. The electrician and roof fitters arrived on the planned date they were very professional and they completed an excellent job. We are very pleased with the company from the initial request to the completed job they have been excellent. They are highly recommended

Scaffolding was erected on time, all parts delivered in advance and the guys carrying out the work were excellent, very efficient, polote and kept me updated throughout the day, all rubbish removed as well

Within 3 weeks we progressed from quote to finished installation. The engineers are superb and have spent time, before I committed, adjusting my expectations with help from their many years of real-life experience. At no point was there any sales tactics or pressure applied – honest commerce all the way. Happy with my install + the 17 kWh I exported today on top of a complete offset of my personal use! 10/10 would recommend Ask. Really helpful, honest and no pressure. I had a few ideas of the system I wanted, and knew that I would probably want to expand at a later date, but no idea on budget or specifics. Adam came round to discuss the options, our location and rough prices. Following this I was given a full quote including expected performance. On re-consideration I asked for an update and got another full quote. Adam managed to fit me in just over a week after I agreed. Despite bad weather and a few delays the gents did a supurb job. Throughout there was no pressure or call calling. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Adam Killa attended my property within a couple of days of me contacting him. He immediately noticed that the whole installation,which was not done by his firm ,was subject to numerous instances of poor workmanship. The next day I received a full report from Adam which included a schedule of work fully priced. I am totally impressed with his attention to detail and timeous response.

This company was a joy to deal with from start to finish. They don’t employ salesmen, so you talk to competent engineers who understand the business and get clear answers to any questions – and we asked a lot of questions. The quote was itemised in great detail (even down to bird scarers) and was adhered to, so no nasty surprises. Everyone turned up exactly when they said they would, competently completed their job without fuss, and cleaned up after themselves. A big issue for me was that every single person was friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommended.

Excellent job. Spoke with Adam on the phone who when I told him the problem knew straight away what was wrong. We agreed a price and agreed to renew my old invertor at the same time. The two guys turned up on the day and at the time agreed and went straight to work. Two very nice and helpful guys. Job was complete in under two hours and everything cleared away. When I got in touch about my job (new build problems), Adam was very quick to accept and even had a video call to help diagnose the problem. When the electrician came he was polite, courteous and kept me well informed. The inverter came the next day and the electrician soon followed to sort my problem. Very very professional and helpful, even though these guys are out the area(2.5 hours away), I am going to recommend them to friends and family! This company should be on speed dial on everybody phone no matter how big or small the job is! Keep up the fantastic work!!

Contacted ASK Renewable Solutions regarding what I thought was a faulty inverter. Once this was confirmed as the case, Adam was able to help me by establishing it was under warranty and then sourcing a replacement for me. The team that came out and replaced the inverter for me were polite and efficient. The cost incurred were far better than I expected as the inverter itself was under warranty. Throughout the process Adam was in regular contact and responded very quickly to my questions. He was very knowledgeable and quickly gained my trust and confidence. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Adam was extremely prompt in dealing with my fault and arrived just a few hours after my initial call. He was extremely professional, polite and pleasant. He diagnosed and cured the fault within a few minutes, and gave me some pointers on general maintenance and upkeep of my PV system. As I usually do I got 3 quotes before making my choice, one came in ridiculously overpriced and two came in around the same price. What made it easy for me to decide was from the outset the Director Adam was approachable, knowledgeable and spoke in a language I could understand. He was easily contactable and answered any and every question that I had. I have a keen eye for detail and like to work with people who have the same approach. I was kept informed throughout and the work was completed in a timely manner and to an excellent standard by the electrician, I would not hesitate to use again.

In December 2018 we commissioned ASK Renewables to update our solar panel system for hot water. The staff were courteous and considerate, polite and a pleasure to have in my house. The installation was complete as scheduled to my entire satisfaction.
